DUBANA Awarded Scholarship Funds to DUBMB Students
DUBANA Past President Dr. Arifur Rahman formally handed over scholarship funds to DUBMB Chairman Dr. Zakir H. Hawlader to support four DUBMB students, each receiving a fixed monthly stipend for one year. DUBANA extends its sincere appreciation to DUBMB Student Advisor Dr. Riazul Mohammad for coordinating the handover ceremony, who is also pictured. The department will announce the application process next month.
This initiative marks the fourth consecutive year that DUBANA has provided annual scholarships to students of the Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology. In addition, just last month, DUBANA supported eight newly admitted PhD students who recently arrived in the United States and Canada.
We applaud the dedication and generosity of DUBANA members whose continued contributions make these scholarships possible year after year.
